Handling of personal information
1. Purpose of use of personal information
(1) The personal information you provide will be used for the following purposes in our industrial gas business.
1. We will use personal information obtained from business partners for the following purposes:
- To maintain and build smooth transaction conditions with business partners, and to carry out and manage transactions

- To ensure the security, safety and hygiene of our facilities and equipment
2. We will analyze information such as browsing history and purchase history, including product specifications and types, obtained from business partners, and use this information to sell products, provide after-sales services such as product repairs and inspections, or introduce or propose products and services.
3. Personal information obtained from our shareholders will be used for the following purposes:
- To respond to various inquiries, requests, and requests (including accumulating inquiry history to provide better responses)

3. Provision to third parties, etc.
(1) Provision to third parties
In addition to the provisions set out in (2) and (3) below, we will not provide acquired personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:
- When prior consent has been obtained.
- When permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.
(2) Subcontractor
We may disclose or provide your personal information to our subcontractors to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In such cases, we will require the subcontractors to enter into a confidentiality agreement and will strictly supervise and manage your personal information appropriately.
(3) Joint use
In order to provide comprehensive services, our company and Nippon Sanso Holdings Group companies (Note) may jointly use personal information entrusted to us by you, but only within the scope of the purposes of use set out in "Purposes of Use of Personal Information."
The items that will be shared will be "name, gender, contact information (address, telephone number, email address, etc.), affiliation, product purchase history, request details, etc." If other items are to be shared, we will notify or announce them separately.

4. Requests for disclosure of personal data held by our company
If you wish to request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties of personal information held by our company (hereinafter referred to as "Disclosure, etc."), please make a request according to the following procedure. Please note that the personal information that is subject to requests is limited to personal data held by our company that we have the authority to disclose, etc., and records of third-party provision of personal data regarding the exchange of personal data.

3. Documents verifying the identity of the representative If the request is made by a representative, please submit all of the following documents.

- A letter of attorney from the person in question (if the agent is a legal representative such as a parent or guardian, a copy or extract of the family register issued within the last three months, or a certificate of adult guardianship registration, which shows the relationship to the person in question, will be submitted in lieu of a letter of attorney)
(2) We may not be able to comply with your request for disclosure, etc. in the following cases:
- When there is a risk of harm to the life, body or property of the individual or a third party.
- If there is a risk that the content may encourage or induce illegal or improper acts.
- When there is a risk of harm to national security, a risk of damaging relationships of trust with other countries or international organizations, or a risk of suffering disadvantages in negotiations with other countries or international organizations.
- When there is a risk of causing significant disruption to the proper performance of our business.
- When it would violate laws and regulations.
- When there is a risk of impeding the prevention, suppression or investigation of crime, or the maintenance of public safety and order.
(3) Notification of disclosure results
We will disclose, etc., to the extent that we can confirm that the personal information belongs to the individual based on the disclosure request form and identity verification documents. The results of the disclosure, etc. (if disclosure, etc. is not possible, we will notify you of this, or if disclosure cannot be made in the way the individual wishes) will be sent to the address of the individual or their representative. Please note that it will take approximately 10 business days for the response results to be sent.

- After receiving your disclosure request, we may check it against your records and verify your identity by phone or other means.
- Personal information provided in the disclosure request form and identity verification documents will be used to the extent necessary to carry out disclosure, etc.
